We Support Sustainable Agriculture
SEEDING INNOVATION
National Agro Industries is recognized all over the world as a visionary and sustainable company that makes an important contribution to profitable agriculture. As a traditional company, we have been using our knowledge and passion for innovation for more than 50 years. National Agro Industries has its finger on the pulse of the times and delivers smart solutions for the agricultural challenges of today and tomorrow. A look into the journey of the company shows what drives National Agro Industries and how we meet the farmer's demands for quality and innovation.
National Agro Industries has long experience in the design and manufacture of pneumatic seed drills, being the most widely established in the Indian market. Their design makes them robust machines and at the same time light to handle. Medium power tractors are enough to work at full capacity with our models; and in any case at low engine speeds. Various sowing trains are able to sow in all types of conditions and equipped with specific systems to achieve exquisite depth control in all types of plots. All the sowing work can be managed with National Agro Industries' seeders and there are several options for each type of farmer's need.
Economical, precise, powerful: This is National Agro Industries’ drill technology! For the perfect seed placement - in the conventional as well as in the direct tillage process.
National Agro Industries’ seed drills can be mounted, attached or semi-mounted. Working widths of 2 to 21 rows create the best conditions for economic use in all types of fields.
Let yourself be convinced by our mechanical and pneumatic seed drills as well as our cultivation combinations, which meet the requirements of farmers and contractors worldwide.
Precision sowing technology is the youngest product group in National Agro Industries’ sowing technology. Our precision seeder can be coupled to the pneumatic seed drill. It can also be combined with the hoppers for fertilizer storage.
Whether for conventional or direct sowing: The machines are not only precise and powerful, they are also available in different versions, and enable optimal reconsolidation - on all soil conditions! National Agro Industries brings the best technology in agricultural machinery, in the same way it brings solutions to the lack of labour, optimizing production processes. In addition to having the sale of agricultural machinery, we provide repair and maintenance services to your machines, for this reason we have positioned ourselves in the agricultural market as a comprehensive company.
Since 1970s, National Agro Industries has been looking for new implementations to create possibilities and contribute to the world of agriculture. Our work has been characterized by the evolution we have had in these years, growing in experience, transforming us into important manufacturers in this field.
We are a team very committed to our clients. National Agro Industries consultants are at your disposal, and with this them, you will be able to have all the information about the machines that you need for your crops.
Our product lines were designed according to the demands of the market and we know that in such a fast and demanding world it is essential to have a willingness to be flexible. In this way we can continue serving our customers in the best way with the most innovative technologies for agricultural machinery.
NATIONAL AGRO INDUSTRIES IS WILLING TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE MARKET
We also have maintenance and repair services for your agricultural machines.
Definition, characteristics and factors to be assessed for the work of the different machines designed for mechanized sowing. Here, the principles and basic characteristics of the machines dedicated to planting crops are outlined.
The seeders are responsible for placing the correct amount of seeds in the soil and for that reason they become a determining tool in the farming. This agricultural machinery is an extension for producers to carry out their work more efficiently, with effective agricultural practices that contribute to profitability and reduce risks.
In order for it to offer these benefits, it is important that it is kept clean, calibrated and at a good speed to avoid problems when dropping the seeds. This is very important because the success of the culture also depends on the implantation conditions.
In general, seeders are machines with bars and tubes through which the seeds are distributed, at the same time that they open the furrows to place them in the ground. However, these machines can help to place the fertilizer, even simultaneously, with a combination of seeder-fertilizer adding to the soil the nitrogen that the crops need.
The seeder can be defined as a machine that allows regular sowing, either over the entire surface or in equidistant lines and at a uniform depth, of all the grains used in crops. After sowing the seeds must survive from their own reserves until, after germination, the cotyledons emerge outside and the roots digs into the ground and as a seedling, it can carry out photosynthesis. Not all sown grains survive, and that is why the amount of seed used must be greater than the number of plants desired. The factors that affect the selection of the quantity of seed are the species and even the variety to be sown, the germination potential of the seed (measured in the laboratory), the soil and its fertility, the cultivation method and the collection method. It is also necessary to consider the possible formation of scabs, as well as their resistance, not forgetting factors such as diseases, pests and adverse environmental conditions. Perhaps because sowing is one of the cultivation tasks that is better done mechanically than manually, that is why the development of large-crop seeders has led to increasingly sophisticated machines appearing in the market.
When choosing a planter, the characteristics that should be required are the following.
Traditional sowing technologies require soil tillage. However, newer conservation agriculture techniques recommend that the use of machines not be carried out and reduced. With this, the soil is kept more fertile and machinery is replaced less frequently, representing less expense for the producer.
No-tillage drills should be lightweight and commensurate with the depth of planting required for good seed coverage. It is also important that they can move between variations in the surface of the earth and that they can move between the residues of the organic cover without blocking.
Another recommendation of conservation agriculture is crop rotation, a technique that has been used successfully in regions such as Pakistan, where, with multicultural no-till seeders, they managed to sow 2.2 million hectares of rice and wheat in the period of 2016- 2017.
According to the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), direct sowing of rice in unploughed and non-flooded fields improved plant density and saved 25% of the water used in this crop.
This success story shows that the seed, the soil and the seeder are the most important trilogy for the farmer. Hence, it is extremely important to choose the most suitable for the conditions of each terrain.
