Introduction
Our Zero Till Happy Seeder enables users to sow directly after paddy harvest without prior seedbed preparations. The machine is equipped with straw managing chopper, which enables the seeding in the residue of previous crop. And when this straw decays on the soil as mulch layer (organic matter), it increases the fertility of soil. This saves the diesel, tractor's working time, labour and most importantly, it gives higher yield. It also comes in Multicrop attachment for singulated seeding.
Features
- It adopts the vertical rotating blade to clean the straw and stubble, which prevents the loss of soil moisture due to soil disturbance.
- With the transmission of the large mold side box, the high-speed operation is more stable, the cleaning effect of the large-diameter cutting shaft is better.
- The sowing legs and pressure wheels are equipped with the latest independent copy mechanism, which is free to adjust and adapt to a variety of operating environments.
- Equipped with a precision seed measuring device to improve sowing precision, the operating speed can be 5-7 km / h when the operating conditions are allowed
