Fertilizer Spreaders
High capacity granular fertilizer spreader
INTRODUCTION
Both manual and mechanical tools are used in agriculture and gardening. These can be used for various growing practices, including planting and fertilizing. In turn, the distribution of seeds and fertilizers can be done manually or by electric or motorized means.
Compost/Fertilizer spreaders save the effort and time of having to fertilize large arable areas by hand and guarantee precise and efficient distribution.
Mechanical fertilizer spreaders are generally mounted on the tractor and moved with the traction of the vehicle. Mechanical fertilizer spreaders can have centrifugal or pneumatic distribution.
Some of these machines are also designed to spread seeds, but the manufacturer must provide this function. However, it is not recommended to use the fertilizer spreader without checking the instructions of the manufacturer.
NFS-500
Three-point solid centrifugal fertilizer spreader with one-piece sheet metal hopper, deformation-resistant stamped steel chassis. The hopper bottom is adjustable and allows continuous regulation of granular fertilizer or small seeds. It enables spreading by lateral distributor.
NFS-1000
The "NFS-1000" fertilizer has a variable working width between 12 and 18 m. or 19 and 24 m. thus being able to reduce compaction indexes and coincide in the working width of the fumigation bar. The equipment has a chassis built in structural tube and the product hopper in sheet steel with epoxy treatment and polyurethane paint that gives it great resistance to corrosion.
The manual regulation system for the opening and closing of the metering gate with millimetre scale allows to precisely modify the dose of product to be spread. A remote electrical command is provided as an option from the tractor cabin, in charge of regulating the fertilizer flow in real time according to its progress.
Easily accessible interior grilles allow retention of agglomerated material and foreign bodies.
A hydraulic header deflector is provided in the event that a distribution is necessary respecting the delimitation or perimeter of the lot.
An ideal weighing scale is provided to know how many kg. per hectare you want to spread, applying even amounts for each plate.
